Cloud, cybersecurity and continuity services
We design, protect and operate the infrastructure of educational institutions, government entities, companies and financial organizations, with a single accountable team.
- Education: e-learning platforms and virtual campuses in the cloud
- Government, companies, financial sector and industry
- One team accountable end to end
Experience in education, service for every sector
Much of our experience is in educational platforms: virtual campuses, e-learning platforms and academic systems that must perform during enrollment and exam periods. We apply the same architecture, security and operations practice in other sectors:
- Education: universities, institutes and training areas with cloud e-learning platforms.
- Government: public entities with training platforms, portals and internal systems.
- Financial sector: cooperatives, microfinance institutions and lenders with security and continuity requirements.
- Companies and industry: organizations that need to migrate, protect or operate their cloud infrastructure.

One team for your entire infrastructure
Many organizations hire cloud, security, backup and support separately. The result is often blurred responsibility: when something fails, each provider points at the other. At DATANUBIA we bring architecture, security and operations together in one team, so whoever designs your platform also knows how to protect and recover it.
You can hire each line separately or combine them. In the proposal we tell you what to do first according to your risks and budget.
Two ways to engage
Per project: for goals with a start and an end, such as a cloud migration, a security assessment, a Microsoft 365 rollout or a disaster recovery plan. Each project has a defined scope, schedule, deliverables and documentation.
Managed service: for the ongoing operation of your infrastructure, with monitoring, support, maintenance, incident handling and periodic security and cost reviews. It is delivered month by month under a written service agreement.
It is common to start with a project that puts the platform in order and then continue with the managed service.
How to choose where to start
If your priority is to grow or reduce infrastructure costs, start with our cloud solutions. If you are worried about an incident or have an audit coming up, a cybersecurity assessment will give you a clear picture. If you are not sure you could recover your systems after a failure, review your business continuity.
If your team is overloaded with daily operations, managed services free up time for projects. For email and collaboration, see business productivity; and if you must demonstrate controls against a standard, compliance and governance.
What all our services have in common
All of them start with an assessment, are carried out in stages validated by your team and end with documentation that stays with your organization: diagrams, procedures, access and reports. We work under a confidentiality agreement and do not publish details of our clients’ projects.
We do not exaggerate results either: each proposal states what will be done, what will be delivered and what assumptions it makes, so you can evaluate it with complete information.
What to expect from the first stage
The first stage of any service is an assessment. We review with your team the systems involved, their current state, the main risks and the organization’s goals. With that information we send a proposal with the recommended scope, stages, deliverables, timelines and investment.
The proposal also states the assumptions and responsibilities of each party, for example which access we need, which work windows are required and which validations your team must carry out. Both parties know from the outset what will be done and how the result will be measured.
Platforms we work with
We work with AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud for infrastructure, and with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for email and collaboration. We choose the platform according to your systems, licenses and team experience, and explain the reasons for each recommendation in writing.
When an organization already has a platform in place, we evaluate it before proposing changes: often it is enough to tidy up the configuration, adjust permissions and control costs, with no need to move to another provider.
Follow-up and communication
During each project a communication lead is appointed, follow-up meetings are held and progress reports are delivered by stage. Changes that affect production systems are announced in advance and carried out in windows agreed with your team. At the end of each stage we review the deliverables against the agreed acceptance criteria with your team.

Frequently asked questions
Can’t find your answer? Contact us.
Can I hire a single service?
Yes. Each service line can be hired separately. In the proposal we tell you whether it is worth complementing it with another to reduce risk.
What is the difference between a project and a managed service?
A project has a goal, a scope and a delivery date. The managed service is ongoing: we run your infrastructure month by month under a service agreement with response times and reports.
Do you work throughout Peru?
Yes. Most of the work is done remotely and securely, and we arrange on-site visits when the project requires it.
How is the cost of a service defined?
By scope: number of systems, complexity, required availability and response times. After the assessment we send you a proposal with a cost breakdown.
Do you deliver documentation at the end?
Yes. Each project ends with documented diagrams, procedures, configurations and access, which stay with your organization.
Do you work with the infrastructure we already have?
Yes. Often the best result is not migrating but putting the current platform in order: adjusting permissions, controlling costs, verifying backups and documenting. We evaluate this during the assessment.
What do you need from us to get started?
A contact person in your organization, information about the systems involved and, when the work requires it, temporary access with the necessary permissions. Everything is detailed in the proposal.
Can you handle an emergency?
If your organization is facing an incident, write to us describing the situation. We will assess whether we can help immediately and with what scope. For guaranteed response within defined times, we recommend a managed service.
