Problems caught early
Alerts on availability, capacity and errors before they affect users.
We run your infrastructure every month: we monitor your services, handle incidents, apply preventive maintenance and review your cloud costs, with reports that show what was done and what should be improved.
Managed services are a model in which a specialized provider takes ongoing responsibility for operating part of an organization’s technology infrastructure. Unlike a project, which has a start and an end, a managed service is delivered month after month with an agreed scope, response times and reports.
At DATANUBIA we manage public clouds, servers, backups and email and collaboration platforms. The service can begin after an implementation with our cloud solutions or take over an existing infrastructure after a review of its current state.
Keeping servers, clouds and email running requires daily attention: reviewing alerts, applying patches, renewing certificates, checking backups and supporting users. When those tasks fall on a small team, the urgent pushes aside the important and risks pile up.
A managed service brings procedures, monitoring tools and specialists who know every component. You keep control of decisions and receive clear information about the state of your platform.
What your organization gains with managed services.
Request informationAlerts on availability, capacity and errors before they affect users.
A team that knows your infrastructure and responds with technical judgment.
Periodic reviews to remove idle resources and resize oversized ones.
Patches, updates and backups scheduled and documented.
Availability, incidents, changes and recommendations in a single document.
Your IT staff can focus on business projects, not only on operations.
The scope is defined with you according to your systems and the level of attention you need.
Day-to-day management of your accounts and resources on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
Supervision of the availability, performance and capacity of your services.
Handling, diagnosis and resolution of incidents, with a record of each case.
Operation of Windows and Linux servers in the cloud or in your data center.
Control and reduction of cloud spending without affecting performance.
Technical support for your IT team and key users.
Monitoring turns technical signals into useful alerts: a disk filling up, a service that stops responding, a certificate about to expire or unusual resource consumption. We configure alerts according to the importance of each system so the team acts in time and is not lost in irrelevant notifications.
When an incident occurs, it is logged, diagnosed and resolved following the agreed procedure, with communication to the people you designate. After relevant incidents we analyze the root cause and propose measures so they do not happen again. If an incident compromises security, we coordinate with our cybersecurity team.
FinOps is the practice of managing cloud spending with the same discipline as any other budget. In the cloud it is easy to create resources and forget about them: test servers left on, unused disks, instances larger than needed or data stored in the most expensive tier.
As part of the service we review consumption, identify savings opportunities, apply the approved changes and measure the result. We also set up tags and budgets by area or project, so each owner knows their spending. Savings decisions are always made without compromising business continuity.
Every period we deliver a report with service availability, incidents handled, changes made, backup status, spending trends and the team’s recommendations. The report supports decision-making and demonstrates control of the platform to auditors or management.
Periodic reviews cover security and costs, so the infrastructure improves over time instead of simply being maintained.
A good managed service rests on a written agreement that defines which systems are included, which tasks belong to each party, through which channels requests are reported, how incidents are classified by impact and within what times they are handled. It also specifies which changes need prior approval and what information each report contains.
This agreement prevents misunderstandings and lets you measure the service with objective data. We review it with you periodically to adapt it to changes in your infrastructure.
Many incidents originate in unplanned changes. In the managed service, each relevant change is logged, its impact is assessed, it is scheduled in an agreed window and it has a rollback plan. Changes affecting critical systems are approved in advance with your organization, reducing incidents caused by improvised modifications.
Security is not a separate project from operations: it depends on patches being applied, unused accounts being removed and alerts being reviewed every day. In the managed service these tasks are part of the routine and appear in the periodic report, so management can see that basic controls remain in force.
When a deeper review is needed, such as a vulnerability assessment or a penetration test, we coordinate it with our cybersecurity team and include the findings in the improvement plan.
This keeps the platform secure between assessments, not only on the day of an audit.
Every such review is recorded in the report.
Current state, access, documentation and risks.
Scope, channels, response times and reports in writing.
Monitoring, alerts, access and procedures configured.
Support, maintenance and incident handling every month.
Report, cost review and improvement plan.
Architecture, security and operations coordinated, with no middlemen between providers.
Controls are defined from the first version of the architecture, not at the end.
Cloud spending tracking and periodic optimization recommendations.
Diagrams, procedures and reports that stay with your organization.

Accounts and resources on AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, Windows and Linux servers, backups, and email and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. The exact scope is defined in the service agreement.
Yes. We first review the current state, access and existing documentation. If we find significant risks, we report them and propose a plan before taking over operations.
Through the channels agreed in the service, such as email or a help desk. Each incident is logged, prioritized according to its impact and handled within the times defined in the agreement.
It can. FinOps optimization periodically reviews consumption, identifies idle or oversized resources and applies the changes you approve, measuring the savings achieved.
No. Your organization keeps ownership of the accounts and administrative access, approves major changes and receives periodic reports with everything that was done.
It is defined in the proposal according to the scope. We explain the conditions for starting, renewing and ending the service, including the handover of documentation and access if you decide to end it.
A periodic report with service availability, incidents handled, changes made, backup status, cloud spending trends and the team’s recommendations. The exact content is defined in the service agreement.
