Sector priorities
We start from the typical risks and systems of your activity.
Each sector has different systems, regulations and risks. We tailor architecture, security and continuity to the demands of your activity.
Universities and institutes depend on academic platforms, e-learning and email for thousands of users. The critical moments are predictable: enrollment, the start of term, exams. A cloud architecture makes it possible to increase capacity only on those dates and reduce it afterward, instead of keeping oversized equipment all year round.
We also design email and collaboration for students and faculty with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and protection of the educational community’s personal data.
A university must handle peaks of users during enrollment and exams; an energy company protects systems that control physical operations; a law firm safeguards its clients’ confidential information. The technology may be the same, but the priorities change.
That is why every project begins by understanding the critical processes of your sector, its busiest seasons and the regulations it must comply with.

We take your sector’s regulatory requirements into account from the design stage.
We explain risks and decisions in terms of your operations.
Common needs in each sector.
Universities and institutes with academic and e-learning platforms.
Public entities that provide digital services to citizens.
Companies with critical operations and control systems.
Plants, distribution and supply chains.
Firms and consultancies handling confidential information.
Companies that build digital products.
Business groups with several units and clouds.
Public entities provide services that citizens expect to find available and protect sensitive personal data. We work under government procurement procedures and provide technical specifications, terms of reference and acceptance reports for each deliverable.
Usual priorities are the availability of digital services, continuity in the event of failures and periodic security assessment of portals exposed to the internet.
Cooperatives, microfinance institutions and lenders handle sensitive customer information and are subject to supervision. For them we prioritize access control, activity logging, encryption, verified backups and documented disaster recovery. We also design the cloud training platforms they use to train their teams and, in some cases, their own customers.
We work on the technical side of regulatory requirements with your risk area and legal counsel. More details in compliance and governance.
In energy and industry, a technology outage can stop production or distribution. Besides high availability of management systems, it is important to separate administrative and operational networks and to assess the security of remote access used by suppliers and contractors.
Our cybersecurity services include assessments with strict rules so as not to affect operations, and our continuity plans prioritize systems according to their impact on production.
Law firms, consultancies and professional firms safeguard confidential client information; for them, secure email, document control and protected access are priorities. Technology companies need architectures that grow with their products and security testing before each launch.
Corporate groups require governance over several cloud accounts, centralized identities and cost control by business unit, tasks we address with our cloud solutions and managed services.
Beyond the differences, there are priorities shared by almost every organization with critical operations. The first is knowing which systems are truly critical and how long they can be down. The second is controlling who accesses what, especially privileged accounts and the access of external suppliers. The third is having backups that can be restored in time.
On top of those foundations, each sector adds its own demands: demand peaks in education, procurement rules in the public sector, network separation in energy and industry, confidentiality in professional services and scalability in technology. Our initial assessment identifies these priorities and turns them into a work plan with clear stages.
If you run technology for a university, start by reviewing the capacity of your platforms during the busiest periods. In a public entity, the priority is usually the availability of digital services and the protection of citizen data. In energy and industry, network segmentation and remote access. In professional firms, email and document security.
In every case the first step is a diagnostic meeting. We tell you what to review first, what to expect and what deliverables you will receive at each stage.
In almost every sector, external suppliers access internal systems to provide support: equipment manufacturers, software developers or maintenance companies. This access is often a poorly watched entry point. We recommend inventorying it, granting access only to what is needed, requiring multi-factor authentication and logging activity.
This review can be part of a security assessment or a managed service, depending on your organization’s needs.
Some sectors have supervisors with their own security and continuity requirements, such as financial entities supervised by the SBS. Others must comply with general rules, such as Peru’s Law 29733 on personal data protection, which applies to almost every organization. We take these requirements into account from the design stage and, where appropriate, address them with our compliance and governance service.
Every sector has its own calendar: enrollment and exams in education, budget cycles in the public sector, maintenance shutdowns in industry, financial closings in corporations. We plan migrations, tests and changes around those calendars, avoiding the dates when an interruption would hurt the most and taking advantage of low-activity periods for the most sensitive work.
The calendar is agreed with your team at the start of each project.
Critical processes, seasons and regulations of your activity.
Systems and risks that need attention first.
Tailored architecture, security and continuity.
Execution in stages with your team.
Follow-up and continuous improvement.
Architecture, security and operations coordinated, with no middlemen between providers.
Controls are defined from the first version of the architecture, not at the end.
Cloud spending tracking and periodic optimization recommendations.
Diagrams, procedures and reports that stay with your organization.
Tell us how your organization operates and we will propose the infrastructure and security priorities for your activity.

Yes. Solutions are adapted to each organization. If your sector is not listed, tell us how you operate and we will explain how we can help.
Yes. We have worked with higher education institutions on cloud architecture for academic and e-learning platforms, and on email and collaboration for their community.
Following the procurement procedures in force. We provide technical information for drafting requirements and deliver acceptance reports for each deliverable.
They are planned with strict rules and agreed windows. Tests on sensitive operational systems are limited or carried out in test environments so as not to affect production.
Yes. We design governance for several cloud accounts or subscriptions, with centralized identities and costs assigned to each company or business unit.
Yes. In the cloud, capacity can be increased only on the busiest dates, such as enrollment, financial closings or campaigns, and reduced afterward. We plan it with your team so peaks do not affect users.
With role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, encryption, document sharing rules and activity logging. In professional firms we pay special attention to email and document storage.
